Quazi Suhail is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, with a primary focus on Criminal Law, Narcotics (NDPS) Litigation, Personal Injury arising from criminal offences, and Constitutional Litigation. He advises and represents individuals, corporate entities, and institutions in complex criminal proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Sessions Courts, and Magistrate Courts.

His practice spans high-stakes criminal investigations, bail and liberty matters, trial advocacy, appellate proceedings, and constitutional challenges involving criminal justice and procedural safeguards. Suhail regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, pre-trial risk assessment, regulatory exposure, evidentiary issues, and crisis management, delivering practical legal solutions in matters involving serious criminal allegations and narcotics offences.

Having trained under the Former Additional Advocate General of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Rajiv Sharma, Suhail has developed significant experience in contentious litigation, combining rigorous legal research with strategic courtroom advocacy. He is particularly recognised for his meticulous preparation, analytical approach to complex legal issues, and ability to formulate effective litigation strategies in time-sensitive matters.
